WinSpy is categorized as a Remove Administration Tool (RAT). RAT WinSpy monitors files, network traffic, keystrokes and Internet activities. Detecting ansmtp.dll on your system may mean that you have been infected with WinSpy. WinSpy can be installed to your Windows Startup folder and will run the next time you login. The monitoring console that the assailant will be able to monitor you is through a Web-base interface.
