Ultimate Defender is a Rogue Anti-Spyware remover. Ultimate Defender issues false security warnings as popups, endeavoring to trick you into purchasing. Ultimate Defender is embedded by a Trojan and may also install other Malware into your PC devoid of your permission.

Investigating Ultimate Defender further we found on UDefender.com the following:

Say NO! to spyware today." Wow. I think the BS meter just hit the roof!

Currently, Ultimate Defender is detecting "mcinfo.exe", a McAfee file, as being infected by Win32.BotNet.94C4D, even though legitimate spyware removers do not consider "mcinfo.exe" a risk. This is even pathetic for a Rogue Anti-Spyware program.
