NetPumper is a download manager application that is bundled with a number of adware components like Cydoor and WhenU. This program is not categorized as a high risk threat application but it can still generate some unwanted adverts on computers. NetPumper is a type of software that cannot compromise security and privacy unless the program has been installed without any prior consent or knowledge of the users.
