Backdoor.Agobot.ABL is worm type parasite spread through popular peer-to-peer file sharing programs. Backdoor.Agobot.ABL worm installs into a machine while opening a suspicious file. Once installed on your computer, the worm will try to connect  to an IRC server. After connecting Backdoor.Agobot.ABL will be able to receive commands from its author. Backdoor.Agobot.ABL can be used to launch destructive denial of service (DoS) attacks from your computer. Additionally, Backdoor.Agobot.ABL  makes it possible for attackers to control your computer. Malicious users could easily access your files and other important information. AGOBOT variants are known to shut down or circumvent anti-virus and other security-related utilities.
