Then it tortures you with loads of popping messages which inform you about non-existent viruses in your computer and urges you to delete them by acquired the license for Total Protect.

In this situation the only thing you need to delete is Total Protect itself. Every rogue can be removed manually, but not every user is able to do that. Therefore, if you are not well-versed in computers, you are strongly advised to acquire a reliable antispyware tool that will help you to erase Total Protect automatically. Not to mention that with a reliable program at hand you will be able to protect yourself against any other possible rogue attack.
